How does Kavod DMM work with me?

Kavod DMM recognizes that every client is different, and has different needs and preferences. Some clients choose to meet in person once or twice a month. Some have bills and documents mailed directly to Kavod DMM for processing and safekeeping. Some prefer to meet over Zoom or by phone where possible. Kavod DMM will work with you to develop a personalized plan that is convenient and meets your needs and comfort level.

Is Kavod DMM secure and confidential?

Yes. Kavod DMM works with a professional computer security firm to make sure all your personal information is secure. We also maintain strict confidentiality according to your instructions and the AADMM code of ethics.  This responsibility of care is one of our highest priorities.

How much do these services cost?

Costs are generally calculated on a per hour basis, and they will depend upon the extent of the services you would like Kavod DMM to provide. We are committed to discussing all options with you and finding a way for our services to fit into your budget. Everything is explained up front – there are no hidden fees or surprises.

 

 

Is Kavod DMM insured?

Yes, Kavod DMM is insured and bonded. Proof of insurance may be provided at our initial meeting at your request.

 

 

Does Kavod DMM adhere to a code of ethics?

Yes, and we take adherence to that code extremely seriously. The code is promulgated by the DMM professional association, AADMM, and may be found here.

 

 

When is Kavod DMM available to consult with me?

Kavod DMM is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays through Thursdays, and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays. You can reach us by phone or email, and we can make an appointment for a free consultation.
